Salem is the capital city of Oregon. The City of Salem IT Department provides technical infrastructure and solutions that allow the City’s staff to serve the community. Several functional groups maintain the City’s data and equipment resources within the Information Technology Department. The City of Salem was planning to improve and enhance the citizen experience by streamlining processes through technology with programming, databases, websites, and much more.
