Board Chair
Komal Goyal is a senior technology leader with 24 years of experience leading mid to large-size organizations through digital transformation. She has helped bring efficiencies in business operations using process automation. She has experience in large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations and optimization of the post-implementation operations using Artificial Intelligence, RPA, and Machine Learning. Komal has served on the advisory board of the Colorado Thought Leaders Forum for 2 years (2016-2018). She is also part of the Forbes Technology Council and is currently serving as a board member for an international non-profit, TIE, for the past six years, and this is her 2nd year as TIE women’s Chair. Komal received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science from a prestigious university in India. She has also completed her executive condensed MBA from the Tuck School of Management. She has been part of large organizations such as General Electrical and KPMG working specifically on digital transformation projects.
Bhawnesh Mathur is a senior executive with extensive CEO experience and a record of career-spanning achievements. By combining a broad perspective and a deep understanding of specific success drivers, he provides insightful and transformational leadership to companies at various stages of development.
Raghu Arora is an accomplished executive with domestic and international experience in operations, P&L oversight, and marketing involving start-up and growth organizations. He has experience in environmental, disaster response, and construction sectors integrating strategic planning, problem-solving, and risk management. Arora is a professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in client management, business development, and operations in the Federal Arena. He has worked closely with federal agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, and General Services Administration.
