Meet the team behind the scenes

Our team is constantly growing, and we ensure that we hire the best people for this type of work. We have learned that the only way to create business-related solutions is to surround ourselves with hard-working and compassionate employees who enjoy making a difference.

Founder

The Founder is a technology solution architect and entrepreneur passionate about solving emerging technologies' business problems. In 24 years of technology, experience learned that there always is a solution to all problems; one just has to be persistent. She started as a programmer and then worked as a solutions architect for government projects for over 11 years before taking this role at 6e Technologies.

Co-Founder

The Co-founder is A technical leader with over 24 years of experience in Information Technology and 21 years in Oracle Applications. He has supported numerous Oracle implementations by providing customizations, conversions, third-party integration, and technical support for the various Oracle modules, including integrating incoming and outgoing EDI transactions. Integrated Oracle to Agile, i2, Catalyst, Webplan, Tomax, JDA, Point of Sales, MiTek.

HR Manager

She is the new HR Manager and Payroll Specialist of 6e Technologies. She formulates search strategies to connect with the right customer base within the federal government to disseminate applicable information. She is a professional in presenting data to executive management via dashboards to help them make data-driven decisions.

PR in making

She is a second-year student at the University of Oregon, currently majoring in a speciality with a double minor in other two. Within 6e technologies, she is an intern focused on data analysis. She enjoys making art collages, going on walks, exploring nature, and listening to music in her free time.

Operational Excellence

She has 15 years of experience providing support to various company presidents, Chief Compliance Officers, Chief Risk Officers, Accountants, and Hiring Departments, but really, she is an administrative specialist/office ninja/domestic goddess and perpetual student. She is fantastic at organizing, anything having to do with a computer, and thinking outside the box.

Senior Consultant

He is a manufacturing, distribution, and CRM consultant focusing on Oracle Applications. He has around 20 years of experience implementing 20+ Oracle modules and consulting business processes for a broad range of clients. He values the relationships that he built over time with his clients and enjoys the intellectual challenge of making Oracle Applications a sound investment for them.

Data Analyst in making

She is currently a second-year Business Administration Major at the University of Oregon with a concentration in Marketing and a Media Studies minor. She enjoys drawing, baking, listening to music, and spending as much time as she can with her family and friends in her free time.

Software Engineer

Strong engineering professional graduated from New York University. She is an experienced Software Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. She is skilled in Oracle PL SQL, Requirements Analysis, C++, Java, and C (Programming Language).

Web Rockstar

He is a rockstar who assists in new user web applications based on clients' needs. Bilingual in Japanese with experience in teaching abroad has helped him in the past to establish strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Business Development

He is a C-level executive with business development and delivery experience in the government sector. Responsible for the growth of 3 companies working in the public sector, each of which was on the Inc 5000 during his tenure at each of the companies. A strategic leader with a clear vision.

Program Management

He is a magician with an MBA, PMP Certified, SAFe5 Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with Over 15 years of IT project management experience. To add to this, he had ten years as a servant leader guiding and influencing the Agile Scrum framework and headed PMO and Agile transformations for five consecutive years. He has experience also with Workday, Revenue Cycle Management, and Payroll Integration projects.

Marketing Head

She gives brands a voice that resonates with their audience. A content marketing strategist with 15 years of experience writing articles, blogs, case studies, website content, press releases, and Wikipedia pages. She creates campaigns that inspire the target audience through content and provide dependable answers to the most critical questions.

Senior Cloud Consultant

A kickass Associates Business Administration, Cloud Certified AR and AP .She has lived in Colorado for 27 years, born and raised in upstate New York. She loves Denver and all the beautiful sunny days it brings. She enjoy spending time with my family and friends and love to travel for fun.

Cloud Implementation Speciallist

A maverick certified Global Human Resource Cloud Implementation Specialist with 20 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and upgrades. She has led multiple medium to complex implementations in Oracle HCM Cloud &EBS applications. Over the years, She has garnered rich experience in all aspects of a project lifecycle.

Our Board of Advisors represents a cross-section of our market focus on providing business solutions across any organization. These members work tirelessly across the different business functions in many roles to bring 6e Technologies to the forefront. We are proud to have these members as part of our rapidly growing team.

Board Chair

Komal Goyal is a senior technology leader with 24 years of experience leading mid to large-size organizations through digital transformation. She has helped bring efficiencies in business operations using process automation. She has experience in large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations and optimization of the post-implementation operations using Artificial Intelligence, RPA, and Machine Learning. Komal has served on the advisory board of the Colorado Thought Leaders Forum for 2 years (2016-2018). She is also part of the Forbes Technology Council and is currently serving as a board member for an international non-profit, TIE, for the past six years, and this is her 2nd year as TIE women’s Chair. Komal received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science from a prestigious university in India. She has also completed her executive condensed MBA from the Tuck School of Management. She has been part of large organizations such as General Electrical and KPMG working specifically on digital transformation projects.

Bhawnesh Mathur is a senior executive with extensive CEO experience and a record of career-spanning achievements. By combining a broad perspective and a deep understanding of specific success drivers, he provides insightful and transformational leadership to companies at various stages of development.

Raghu Arora is an accomplished executive with domestic and international experience in operations, P&L oversight, and marketing involving start-up and growth organizations. He has experience in environmental, disaster response, and construction sectors integrating strategic planning, problem-solving, and risk management. Arora is a professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in client management, business development, and operations in the Federal Arena. He has worked closely with federal agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, and General Services Administration.
